升降枱Standing Desk – 提升工作表現及對健康有益近年大家都知道升降枱好處，不單可降低患上心血管疾病的風險，更可以減低增胖的機會。我們KLT的升降桌(Standing Desk, 又稱height adjustable desk)提倡了健康的職場文化，可以提升員工的專注力、警覺性及活動量，因而鼓勵他們積極工作。升降檯有益身心，更提升工作效率，毫無疑問地將成為香港健康新潮流。

人體工學工作空間的重要元素怎樣安排工作空間和位置，直接反應到我們當天的工作效率和效果。大家應該點樣去整理好自己嘅枱呢？空間位置的安排非常影響我們的工作姿勢，長期維持不良的坐姿會逐漸地導致各種身體痛症的問題。桌面的放置不單止要乾淨簡潔，還有不容忽視的是工作桌面的高度，坐位的高度和視線的距離這三個重要的因素。

1，首先，電腦屏幕一定要放在正中位置，眼望前方水平線， 雙手在你身旁形成90至100度左右，最重要的是不要讓自己慫肩！其次枱面高度應該是你手肘位置低1至2cm左右，才為之標準，達到舒適而不疲倦。切記不要讓自己長期扭轉身軀工作，也絕不建議把電腦顯示屏幕放在左右兩邊，雖然空間感好像多了，但這樣的坐法會令你容易患上坐骨神經痛的問題，這些痛楚是不容易治療的！2，升降枱對健康確實有莫大益處，當然我們也不建議長期站立工作，因為也會導致腳部水腫等問題出現。我們使用電動升降枱的目的是要提升血液循環和令自己更精神，所以最合適的升降枱使用法則就是30分鐘站立工作接著30分鐘坐下工作，藉由坐站交替的工作模式去減輕因久坐導致腰部的壓力和酸痛感，令血液更迅速地去到腦部供應能量專注工作，提高效率把一天需要完成的工作妥善做好！

3，升降枱枱面材料選擇，我們的枱板多種顏色選揀，有常用尺寸選揀之餘，更可訂造你想要的升降枱尺寸，我們板面的基材符合GB/T39600-2021環保標準的MFC實木颗粒板，甲醛释放量0.043mg/m³，遠低於標準要求的0.124mg/m³ ，具有很好的裝飾性，木紋設計圖案跟實木木紋相近，還具有保温，防霉，防蟲的功能。價錢方面性價比高！
